Well, as we know public transport is to bring convenient to people (mostly in the town) and i think giving efficient and good service to the consumer is their main VISION. isn't it?

mm.. Today i went KLCC for education fair. yeah. its so fun and good fair. I have to take LRT back home. of cuz, tat period of time, around 6pm, its so many ppl. i can understand tat. BUT, the inefficiency of KLCC LRT station counter let me felt disappointed with our public transport.

1. There's so many ppl using the LRT everyday, y cant they set more counter to sell LRT tickets? Just only 2 counter selling ticket there. Hundreds of people queuing for only 2 lane to get their tickets, mm.. isit call efficient ? ok. maybe they have limited space to set more counters. Fine. But....

2. There's 3-4 machines selling tickets too. And you know wat.. those machines are not accepting notes! only coins! i duno isit ALL the machines spoilt or wat. Ok, im fine wif it too if those machines are spoilt. BUT! cant they just put some BIG notice up there, telling every1 tat those machines only accepting coins? many people queue for their turn to buy their ticket from the machines, but until go near the machine, only know the machines only accept coins. woo.... that makes many people have to re-queue at those 2 LONG queue counters to buy their tickets. isn't it so 'efficient' and wasting people time? haha... that's sumore.....

3. Another way of taking LRT is by using Touch-N-Go card... thats convenient. Just have to 'toot' your card, den u can take the train. BUT! sad to say so.... the Touch-N-Go service is also out of service! mm.. i think really make many people pissed off huh? especially those in a hurry.

Is Our public transport service good enough? are they doing their best to benefit the citizens? Why Hong Kong, Singapore can do it, but not us? I think they stil have lots and lots of space to improve if they really want to provide the best public transport services to every1. Well. I have nothing more to say bout the public transport. I Guess we have to... drive our own car next time? ;)
